We are a full service swimming pool & spa company. We have our own in house plastering and tile crew which will save time and misunderstandings during the construction or remodeling process of your pool. By doing this, sub contractors are held to a bare minimum. The president of the company holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and can take on any project no matter what the challenge or difficulty and make sure the finished product is properly built and of the highest quality possible! Our trained service technicians are able to diagnose any pool problem and get it repaired as quickly as possible to get your pool up and running. There are no trip charges within the Ogden to Provo valley area. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express along with checks or cash for convenient payment. Also we are general contractors and are able to manage your complete project for your convenience.

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Contracted at 2 Months for work, but took 7 months. Had to get with Legal Council and stopped work, until upper management (Office and field) would do the agreed upon tasks they had backed out on last minute, that was previously agreed upon. Do not accept anything from them unless in writing! They will refuse to put it in written even when asked directly in written, just will ghost you when asked or repsond to something else and never acknowledged it in writing. But will agree verbally or in person regularly, then back out at time to do the work weeks or months later. Happened regular during this job! Used Car Salesman Tacks by management!! Respond every few days or week later even when following up on things often. Wrong stone installed, put breakers back forgetting to wire back into electrical panel resulting no power for couple days, forgot to glue PVC piping underground and questioned if did with a response it was done but dug up to check finding was not done resulting in entire yard being dug back out to redo all underground piping! You will need to have inspectors hired for each stage to find all their errors! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!"

Better Built Decks is a Montana based business. Started business in Fort Collins Colorado, however originally from here in Montana. I, Nathen Wolf as main operator, started working at 14 years old as an employee of Joe Webber from Everett Washington. Joe was a very talented and brilliant builder, Joe obtained an engineering degree and shared with me thru the years a ton of his knowledge such as building techniques, the structure of wood joints, properties of expansion, etc. We started off leveling and supporting structures such as houses, old buildings, and garages. then literally gutting everything such as wiring, plumbing, the whole interior and exterior getting ready for a complete rebuild. I was very fortunate to work with Joe, this experience has provided me the knowledge to install structures that could practically stand a lifetime or longer. Most projects are started and completed by me in a timely manner. If needed, I will normally hire very honest and skilled exempt contractors and sometime some highly recommended temp workers. No Job is too big, or too small.

"We are one of a handful of new construction purchases (within the last year). During the build process, they were great to work with. Once we closed, all that changed. We have to run space heaters during the winter months (a brand new home) due to the design of the ductwork and Sussex wouldn't lift a finger, we have flooding at the entrance to our property, and once again, Sussex did nothing. We had fixtures in the wrong place, and some were not what we ordered at all, and guess what? they did nothing!!.. As we began to speak with others in the community, we learned of a horrible reputation throughout Helena, as well as, a horrible place to be employed. "I need to revise a previous review. Jim did do excellent work. His cuts were absolutely plumb, straight and horizontal. Previously I made a statement regarding the precision of his cuts and that was only due to one cut extending outside of the area necessary to install the window. I previously stated that I would not use Jim again, which is misleading. I merely meant that, being fairly handy myself, I would feel confident enough to do the same job myself in the future after having seen how it is done. As far as the quality of workmanship, I have no significant reason for criticism. The final product is excellent, complies with code, and provides much better lighting for our future basement bedrooms than what was there before."
