Great Falls Fence

Called for free estimate and they arrived within hours. Walked the property and explained what I needed, removal of old rotten fence and debris hauled away. I recieved estimate with drawings via email the next day. Paid half down and they claimed it would take three weeks to start the job, it didnt, they were there the day after utilities got marked. Day one, set all the posts, day two, posts were not completely set yet due to weather, day three support runners put in place, day four they completed the job with a two man crew. The prefab panels were NOT used. All fencing hand crafted, each board placed one by one. Fence is perfectly level all the way around, you could place an egg on it and it wouldn't roll. The quality of this fence is bar none, Great Falls winds will be held back without even a minor shake. What impressed me most was because of my design there was a few "unconventional" ways of putting the fence up. The technicians listened to me and built it perfectly to my specs without any complaint or push back. The professionalism of this company makes me wish I needed more fencing somewhere. I could not have done this myself in the short amount of time, or at this price. I actually figured my time, materials, equipment rental, and supplies and Great Falls Fence came in cheaper. I have already recommended them to a co-worker and he hired them. Jog well done, I couldn't be happier.

The company was very responsive giving an estimate, and the estimate was quite reasonable . They did a great job on the fence, and when the neighbor had a problem with part of the fence, they came back and fixed it. I should say too, that when they were working it was in the rain, and quite muddy. Would recommend them to anyone needing a fence. Ours was wood privacy fence.

Fence blew over a week after it was installed. It took contractor over a month to complete a fence they said would take 2 days. They would not come out and repair the fence. They stated that they were based out of Kalispell and did not have the manpower to do repairs on fences they completed in Great Falls. We had to hire another contractor to fix the brand new fence since GF Fence would not stand behind their work.

Great Falls fence did an excellent job installing the fence with the exception of a crew they used one Friday morning from out of town due to getting behind on the job, poor scheduling and one of the original 2 man crew who had a doctor's appt. The out of town crew did a lousy unprofessional job on a section of fencing and the 2 gates. The original 2 man crew that works here in Great Falls were excellent. One guy, Jordan, was excellent and took pride in his work and went back and redid all the work that was done by the out of town crew. He was as unhappy and upset as we were with their performance on the job. Jordan got the job done and worked on a Saturday to get the job done. After speaking with the owner of Great Falls Fence, he was not happy with the report of the out of town crews work ethic and they were going to be dealt with accordingly. All in all, Great Falls Fence is a good company and I would use them in the future and will be using them after I complete a garage build. I will need more vinyl fencing to complete the job.

First off Great Falls Fence gave my by far the best quote of any installer around town. They were quick to return my calls and even came out quicker than they originally thought. The lead guy they sent called and made sure that I was gonna be able to meet with him and to make sure his drawings were up to par with what I wanted. The crew showed up on time and got to work quickly and was done installing the fence posts in 3 hrs. They came back the next day and by the time I got home for lunch they were basicly done. They were professional and friendly and knew what they were doing. I would call them back in a heart beat. Had an issue with the locks they used, but they came back out the next day and fixed the issue no extra cost. When I recieved my finial bill I was expecting the bill to be more than agreed upon because of some changes, but it was still for the original quote. Great Work and my yard and family can go play in the yard considering my property is heavly traveled and my dog has a bit of escape artist going on.
