"JMC was extremely punctual and professional during a last minute repair on a Sunday. He diagnosed the problem and repaired my AC unit quickly and with ease. JMC also informed me of the condition of my unit and the need to obtain new air filters. He was detailed oriented. I would utilize his services again in the future and refer him to others."

"Mark showed up on time to inspect work to be done and provided estimate. Mike and Brandon did a thorough duct cleaning job. Global performed complete duct cleaning from 9AM to 6PM with 1 hour lunch on 04/16/2018. I am extremely satisfied with the job and Global returned to complete the job by bringing additional tools to cleanup the dryer duct. Both Mike and Brandon were very courteous, knowledgeable and responded to my questions. I have recommended Global to my neighbor and I will use them again."
