"Clog happened two days before Christmas in the afternoon. Technician came early Christmas Eve on Sunday morning and found the clog. He temporarily fixed it so we could use some water in the house without overflow inside until they could come back with correct equipment. They came back the day after Christmas and cleared the clog, then inspected the line from the house to the street with a camera. Everything is flowing well now. Global performed complete duct cleaning from 9AM to 6PM with 1 hour lunch on 04/16/2018.
