We provide an array of handy services and take absolute pride in every job! While painting is our bread and butter at Willow Tree, we also pride ourselves in our handywork! We build custom patio furniture and work tables, breathe new life into old furniture, we make custom gardening bins, even 10x10 storage sheds. Drywall repair and other carpentry work is also a cakewalk; any holes from door knobs that have gone through the wall can be easily erased and made like it never happened. If it’s time for some new sealant around the windows, we can handle that for you too! Bad outlet? Relocating an outlet? Hiding wires for a beautiful wall mounted TV and home entertainment area?.. no problem! We have many other electrical services available as well so feel free to ask. Light plumbing repairs are available; unfortunately, we are unable to snake a drain pipe at this time. We also specialize in the maintenance and upkeep of Solar Energy systems. Whether it’s for a water heater or generating your own power, our expertise is fluent in this field! If you have any questions in regards to going solar or if you’re interested in learning more about how solar can work for you, feel free to ask. We are Enphase and Tesla certified. LOTO Certified. Solar Panels questions, answered by experts

On average, a typical fridge uses 115 kWh per month. With eight hours of sunlight per day, a 100-watt solar panel can produce 30 kWh per month. This means you’ll need at least four dedicated panels to power the refrigerator with solar energy. Consult with a solar power specialist to get a more accurate estimate.

Installing solar panels involves drilling small holes in your roof to secure the solar panel mounting brackets. These brackets hold the solar panels in place and must withstand strong weather conditions so they’re secured into your roof. However, holes and screws are sealed to prevent leaking and further damage.

In most cases, installing solar panels will not void your roof warranty. To keep roof warranties intact, check your written warranty or call the manufacturer to ask about clauses regarding roof penetrations. You can also protect yourself by getting written approval or a modified warranty that specifically allows the solar installation type you’re planning. Then, hire a professional solar installer that follows roofing manufacturer instructions and protects the roof during installation.

Yes, you have to get on the roof to cut a hole for solar tubing. It's not possible to complete the job from inside your house by simply cutting through the ceiling. So if you want to go the DIY route, remember to use safe ladder practices. If you’re not comfortable climbing on your roof to install solar tubes, hire a pro who has the tools and expertise to do the job safely.

The morning sun can be better for solar panels because it’s often brighter and clearer than the afternoon sun. The brighter the sun, the more energy solar panels produce. The strongest rays occur during midday, which tends to be prime time for solar energy generation. Most homes get a mix of morning and afternoon sunlight.
