"Takes for ever to get a return a call. Also took a week to get someone out for repairs. They said they would reimburse me for septic repairs and it took over 3 months for that to happen."

Yes, it is possible to pump a septic tank too frequently. The ideal pumping schedule varies based on the tank's capacity, household size, and water usage. Pumping the septic tank more often than recommended can cause the beneficial bacteria to leach into the drain field, leading to an imbalance and a build-up of solid waste.

Septic drain fields should be at least 10 feet from the property line, though exact requirements vary by location. How do you set your well’s pressure tank? All you need to do is first drain the tank of water and find the pressure switch.
