I've been in the construction business for over a decade and I've been working with trees for 5 years. This business is new, as I'm just starting to go out on my own. It is just me during the construction jobs and it is my brother and I when we are doing tree jobs. We are a Christian company.

You can apply plaster over plaster, but before you do, check the stability of the existing plaster. If it’s been there for a while, it may require a base coat of PVA emulsion. This will make the existing plaster less porous and ensure the new and old plaster adhere properly.
