"Kim and their crew did a great job. Kim listened to our concerns and came up with the proposal. She was available to answer any questions we had before making a decision. They started the work immediately and finished right away. We have not had any heavy rain since the work was done, so we do not know if it fixed our problem or needed modifications. "They are wonderful. I woke up Christmas Eve morning 2022 with no water due to the unprecedented freeze. Seriously, no water coming out of any faucet. AnB went above and beyond to make sure I had water. It was freezing cold and they were under my house fixing everything. I was so upset and they eased my anxiety, got everything working again and educated me on steps I can take to preserve the plumbing in my 110year old house.
