"Kim and their crew did a great job. Kim listened to our concerns and came up with the proposal. She was available to answer any questions we had before making a decision. They started the work immediately and finished right away. We have not had any heavy rain since the work was done, so we do not know if it fixed our problem or needed modifications. "Bought this in the spring to use before burning in the fall/winter.  Ended up moving in December and did not use it.
