Kim and their crew did a great job. Kim listened to our concerns and came up with the proposal. She was available to answer any questions we had before making a decision. They started the work immediately and finished right away. We have not had any heavy rain since the work was done, so we do not know if it fixed our problem or needed modifications. That remains to be seen.

I was very impressed with Lee and Kim. They did an excellent job waterproofing our basement! They were so knowledgeable about the work and were able to answer any questions we had. I would totally recommend them to anyone who is looking to waterproof their basement!

This company is hands-down THE best my family has ever dealt with in the 66+ years since my Dad built our home. Mr. Lee Fraser and Mrs. Kim Fraser are as honest and professional as they are kind, and that is saying a LOT. And their son Bailey is cute as a bug and smart beyond his years. The Frasers' work crew were incredibly polite, hardworking, and helpful. I've never seen a crew clean a site so well, or be so solicitous of our comfort throughout the entire course of a project. For the quality and extent of the work they did, they easily could have charged us twice or three times as much. My family and I now will be able to sleep soundly through the worst rain events, knowing all will remain safe from water getting under the house and destroying the floors, walls, and foundation. Oh, I almost forgot to mention how PRETTY the finished work is! The washed river rocks that are part of the drainage system match perfectly with our stucco house and our landscaping. I cannot recommend this company more highly.

For years I ve had issues with my yard flooding and no one to help or just take our money with no solutions. Lee and Kim were kind, courteous, and best of all helped to solve our problem. They really care about the people they work for and the quality of work they provide. They are a great team.

I was told on the 13th i would receive a written evaluation, recommendations, and estimate for what needs fixed. I have asked also a few days ago. Kim was awesome. Very imformed n explained things to me. I just need report. Thank you very much.

She was very prompt in calling me back, she was very thorough and explained the results to me once the test came back. It was quick, and easy. I would use her again.

Very nice lady who offered us several suggestions of things we could do ourselves to save money. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is her insistence that our mold problem was coming from underneath our house when in reality it was condensation because of our hot roof.
