"I needed them to completely take over all yard, flower, and tree maintenance., Dick is the only person I would trust to do this. He is constantly checking to see what needs to be done and sends a crew when needed. After a total home reno, Dick put in a wonderful irrigation system for the all-new landscaping around the house. Light-bark trees are most notorious for producing lots of sap when wounded. Ideally, you should wait to prune until trees have gone dormant in late fall to early winter. The worst times to prune trees are early fall and late summer, as pruning them so close to dormancy makes it difficult for the tree recover before it goes dormant for the season.
