"I love this virtual service. My Whirlpool Duet was flashing an error code related to the drain pump. After cleaning the pump, the error was still showing. I set up an appointment with Neli and spoke with a very knowledgeable representative. He assessed the machine and was able to determine the likely cause of the error. After the appointment, I was sent information on ordering the replacement part and how to set up a call to install the new pump. I would use Neli in the future for any appliance issue!"

I was put in contact with a sales rep who walked me through potential quality new options for my house. Both employees were clear about the issues but did not pressure me into a decision. I was able to make an informed decision that was best for my family. I chose to have a new system installed. All installation technicians worked diligently and respectfully. The HVAC system looks well put together. Even small details were completed-all trash was cleaned up, pipes were wrapped, and wires were neatly run. They even dropped a water detector into my water heater drain pan beside the HVAC unit at no extra cost to me! I’m a handyman and have to complete small details like this often. I see and repair when people cut corners. Environment Masters did not cut corners. Well Done!"

He sent pictures so I could see the condition of her original roof and then he sent pictures after he had installed the roof. The pictures of the roof look fantastic and I would recommend Samuel to all of my friends and family. His work ethic, knowledge, skill sets its worth every penny. Also, I did like the fact that he was licensed, bonded, and guaranteed his work. His professionalism was up to standard and he provided a contract to us with his signature to keep for our records.
