"Some of the worst service and product I have ever received. Drapes did not fit the windows after the roomsbeautiful "specialists" did their measurements. Drapes arrived crumpled into a small box- which require professional steaming and ironing to straighten. Even so, they tell me if can do it myself, and the drapes looks even worse after ironing. The lining that THEY selected for me looks like reflective trash bags up in my windo from outside. I also expressed concern that I should only get one window treated first as a test, before committing to all 5- and the roomsbeautiful agent persuaded me to just do all 5. So I spend 2000 on these Drapes, which I will never in a thousand years put up in my home. And they won't accept refunds, and they only take zelle payments which cannot be reversed or argued. So WARNING: do not trust this company, and do NOT give them your money!!!"

"I had an installation scheduled with empire today. I picked the umber old town and signed a contract for them to install that. I picked this color because it closely matches the hardwood I have installed. The previous flooring has been discontinued, and I trusted they would do their job. The installers showed me what they were installed on but not the box. I thought, sure, I'm getting hardwood. Welp, they put in the wrong floor. I asked for the box when they were done. He said this one is better than what you requested. Why would anyone purposely install something you didn't sign a contract for? I contacted empire today, and they say that it is my fault because I didn't check and make sure their professional contractors were doing the right thing. I can have someone come out and allow me to pick another floor, and because the contractors did work, I owed them for labor. I told them I was planning on selling my house. The manager stated well; the new owner will probably want to install a different floor anyway. Won't be dealing with this company again."

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
