They did a great job very responsive very nice very helpful. It was just a repairs and its hard to find someone who can just fix and not want to replace them, I didn't feel pressured and they didn't try to sell me new blinds. It was all good.

Austin arrived at my home without wearing a mask. When asked if he had a mask, his response was â Noâ . I donâ t believe in them, but I will wear one for you. I gave him a black K-95 mask. He slipped it on. He found the blind blade, inserted a pin and In approximately 5 minutes he had finished the job. The charge was $50.00. After he left, he dropped the mask in my driveway in the spot in which he had parked. That was rude & very disrespectful. I will not use your service or his service again. Iâ m sharing with my neighbors, friends, family, church members, etc. Also itâ s not about the $50.00 charge. I fully understand a person has to work and earn a living. It is about the rudeness and disrespect he displayed. Feel free to contact me if thereâ s additional information you need regarding my home experience.
