Patch of Heaven was very timely in coming out to quote a bid and following through on the work! Even though they were a few dollars more than another bid, his honest evaluation and feedback were sincere and responded quickly to my inquiries; therefore, my husband & I chose this company. When he came for the work, rain was forecasted for the p.m. Because of this, he came early to evaluate the land and speak with me about my wishes. (We’d had some rain the previous day & wanted to be sure ground was spreadable.) In the end, he advised me that if it were his yard, he’d try before more rain came & pushed off the work further. He worked VERY hard to complete our job before the weather came even to the point of FaceTime with my husband so he could see & made our requested changes. He was so kind, through, & willing to do all that we asked. We’ll use Patch of Heaven again for sure!!!!

My dealings were strictly with Mark. We came to an agreement on present plant removal, tilling and incorporating a lot of new good soil, and planting of new plants. I saw Mark 1 time during the whole process. It was never relayed to me that this was his sons business (who was a full time fireman). I waited until this year to review, in order to see exactly how well the new bed handled the winter, and to my dismay, 6 of my plants (purple fountain grass) did not come back this spring. Also I noticed some of the previous plants (that were supposed to be removed) were coming back up. This told me that no tilling had taken place, although I had paid for it and the load of good dirt, which also was not incorporated, BUT I HAD PAID FOR IT. I contacted Mark about the problem and was informed that he and his son had decided that if they tilled (and incorporated new load of dirt) that the bed would wash out onto the driveway. I was not informed of this clandestine decision BUT I STILL PAID FOR IT. Now I have 6 dead purple fountain grass plants, that I PAID FOR, and apparently, after 3 attempts thru email, the final result is “too bad” for me. Save yourself a lot of time and frustration, and hire a professional.

Mark and his staff did a remarkable job. The limb was in a very difficult location to reach and cut but they accomplished the job and it all looks great. Mark is very courteous and professional. We highly recommend him and will certainly call him again whenever we have another job to be done.

Mark, with Patch of Heaven Landscape, is wonderful! I had him come out to my home in hopes to build an above ground garden & do some landscaping work around the front of the house. He came out within a week of our initial call and we discussed our options and worked up a plan. He got me a complete quote in 2 days! While, we are still waiting to make that final leap to re-do the front of the house, I wanted to for SURE go ahead and get the garden built to ensure I would have a summer / fall harvest ◡̈ Mark was MORE than helpful and a wealth of knowledge! He is quick to respond & answer any questions I may have regarding both landscape & my garden - his wife even sent me a couple different seeds to plant in my garden! Patch of Heaven truly goes above & beyond to ensure their customers receive the best service, quality, & care. I cannot recommend them more - looking forward to them coming back to help with my front landscape hopefully in the near future.

These guys were wonderful! They were kind, professional, fair, fast, and honest. It was a big job. Not only did they finish it quickly, but everything exceeded our expectations. We will be hiring them again in the future. Mark has such great attention to detail! He even took time out to show my 5 yo boy a turtle he found. He also trimmed our magnolia in such a way that lil man has stair-stepped branches he can still use for climbing at the bottom. These are the kinds of things that made us feel as though we were more than just another job. They cared about and remembered who lives here and what we want/need.

Mark is the best! He is now my go-to guy for many different needs.

After searching Angie's List for someone to remove cracked wood and replace it, I was very well pleased with Patch of Heaven Lawn and Home Care, LLC. The owner immediately contacted me to come out to review the area for repair. I received a reasonable quote and accepted it. The workers were here a few days later and completed the job with excellency. I am well pleased and will be contacting Patch of Heaven again for more work. This company is quick, reasonable and does great work. Highly recommended!!!

Both my husband and I are very grateful for the services provided by Patch of Heaven. We have used their services for many years and know of their goal to have our lawns and landscaping as beautiful as possible. We are so very pleased to see them come and go each week.
