Technician sent to investigate no questions asked and no money exchanged. Found source of problem but made a mistake in the recharge of unit so, couple of days later still not cooling. Again without hesitation and with urgency technician sent to try and figure out what was going on, fixed the charge issue and unit has been working without incident for over a month. Warranty on work and customer service unparalleled in this area, they have my business. Very professional group with invoices and quotes and such.
