"I had a previous contractor to install me a privacy gate and to build a deck. The previous contractor install the poles wrong, they were not the right distance apart. My deck was not build correctly. Had untreated wood install. I spent over $10,000 on materials and he slowly kept asking for money. We started this project in April and its July. I had a complete mess until Tony from Home & Patio Conversions call my phone after I put in a job through "ANGI". Tony was the professional I needed all along. He explain to me what was wrong and told me how he would fix it. Tony was fair and he communicated very well and you can tell he loves and care about his work. Tony has been a life savior and within 5 days he install over 465 square feet privacy fence. The pickets were so line up and every detail was looked at. I wished I met Tony months ago but now since we have met I will be hiring him on all future projects. Since the gate was done so well I had to hire Tony to rebuild my deck. As we started on the fence he is very professional and very communitive about what needs to be done. I have full confidence in his work and staff. To all reading this review this is the company and person you need to get the job done. Thanks Tony see you soon for future projects!"

In most cases, a fence can only be built on your property with your consent. Not obtaining permission constitutes an encroachment and a violation of your property rights. However, exceptions may apply, such as when the fence is entirely within the property boundaries of the person putting it up and the fence complies with local zoning laws and regulations. If you think a fence infringes on your property or is not up to local standards, consult with local authorities or legal experts to address the issue and protect your property rights.
Corrugated metal is a strong, long-lasting material. A corrugated metal fence will typically last several decades, and the metal panels themselves may last for 40 to 60 years. The main thing you should be concerned about is the fence posts. Wood fence posts will last about five years if you purchase them untreated or about 15 years if you treat them after installation. Keep an eye on your posts and look out for insect damage and rot.
How long a fence lasts, including a split rail fence, will depend on the material from which it’s made. The average lifespan of a wood fence is about 15 to 20 years. However, split rail fences made out of premium materials, like composite, vinyl, steel, or aluminum, can last for 25 to 30 years or more, especially if you take good care of the material and carry out necessary maintenance.
If you come face-to-face with a wolf in your yard, chances are it will be afraid of you as a human. Make eye contact and get big—waving your arms to increase your size. Use noisemakers or air horns if you have them, or throw a few rocks around to discourage them from approaching you. If all else fails and the wolf does not retreat, back away slowly while maintaining eye contact and find safe ground, whether indoors or up a tree.
There are many types of wood fencing that you can choose from. For split rail fencing, the most common wood types are cedar, pine, black locust, and chestnut. The best wood for you will depend on if you like the way a certain wood looks and the availability of the wood type in your area.
Most of the wood types you can find at your local home improvement store are good choices since they all have rot-resistant properties or are pressure-treated with pesticides. If none of the wood options speak to the look you’re going for, check out vinyl fencing.
