"There were 3 TV’s in my initial request. Upon him arriving, my wife wanted a 4th mounted. Keith was AMAZING! He was first and foremost on time… and FAST! He was mindful of the sounds and would let us know when it would be loud, and then he would explain to us what was happening before he finalised the mounting to ensure it was where and how we wanted it. "Prompt, courteous, beautiful job.  But, they could have used the magnet rake more and gotten up the screws, I have flat tires that have to be aired every time I mow.  They could have returned as promised to remove the base of DISH that was put up incorrectly and had to pay DISH repairman to come and replace with new unit. "Vendor arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and said I needed a new ceiling fan. He called Choice, We waited approximately 10 minutes for a call back and an approval to replace the ceiling fan. He went out the truck and brought in a new fan and mounted it. I did have the option of going out to buy a specific make and model vs their replacement one and then he would mount it if I desired. Great service, I am glad I switched to Choice when my last warranty came up for renewal."
