"Prompt, courteous, beautiful job.  But, they could have used the magnet rake more and gotten up the screws, I have flat tires that have to be aired every time I mow.  They could have returned as promised to remove the base of DISH that was put up incorrectly and had to pay DISH repairman to come and replace with new unit. " I assume the clean was ok, but havent used them over the summer, so will know better as the winter sets in. He inspected all the chimneys and gave me a long tale of woe about how bad they are and how they need lots of attention.
He ended the visit by giving me a quote for $13,225 for a whole ton of work.
Since then I've contracted for chimney caps to be made and installed by my regular contractor for $1500.
Although the cost of the 2 sweeps was good (although by no means a huge bargain) I found with this and another special I bought through Angies List (for HVAC work) that the "inspection" is really a chance to plug for a while load of work i dont really need. i dont think i'll bother with them again

"Vendor arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and said I needed a new ceiling fan. He called Choice, We waited approximately 10 minutes for a call back and an approval to replace the ceiling fan. He went out the truck and brought in a new fan and mounted it. I did have the option of going out to buy a specific make and model vs their replacement one and then he would mount it if I desired. Great service, I am glad I switched to Choice when my last warranty came up for renewal."
