"I hired them to install a vinyl fence. Come to find out, my HOA will not allow a vinyl fence. We switched it to an aluminum fence. They ordered a straight gate instead of a slanted one. In order for them to install the gate, they had to dig up my yard. I now have a large hill directly after my gate. It looks horrible. Update: The owner and Paul came out to talk with my wife about what they can change. They proposed another solution and performed the work. The new gate looks much better. They really went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the end product. As a result, I am changing my initial review and giving them 5 stars.
