"If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This company delivered one of the most disappointing, careless, and blatantly misleading ?services? I?ve ever experienced. I made my request extremely clear: I needed a dead mouse REMOVED from inside my house. Nothing complicated. Nothing unclear. Just do the job I called for. What I got instead was someone walking around the OUTSIDE of my home for about 10 minutes, doing absolutely NOTHING related to the issue, fixing NOTHING, identifying NOTHING, and then charging me $199 for work I never asked for and that provided ZERO value. The dead mouse is still inside untouched because they never even bothered to look. This was NOT a misunderstanding. It was a complete disregard for the customer and a blatant attempt to justify a charge for a service they didn?t perform. It feels predatory, dishonest, and completely unprofessional."

"I find that this termite control system to be like a Ponzi system. I paid for the initial treatment. Now they bill me every year $250 more. I have told them to stop coming, I found them in my yard again, this year, "inspecting the treatment" then a bill comes for $250. I do not think that I have termites now, but there is no guarantee from Gunter that the treatment will work even with the $250 every year."

Ticks are most commonly found behind (or even inside) ears, behind knees, in belly buttons, in the hair, and in your underarms. If you find a tick on your body or on your pet, use a pair of clean tweezers to grab the tick as close to the surface of your skin as possible. If you simply yank or twist it, you can leave the tick’s mouth parts lodged in your skin and will need to remove those carefully with the tweezers.

You should not see live bed bugs after heat or fumigation treatments, but you may see dead bugs. For chemical treatments, it can take several days for bed bugs to die. However, you may see live bed bugs if they are hiding in areas to avoid insecticides or if they are resilient to the type of treatment used. 

Like many pests, fleas hide in dark, sheltered areas, including in the bed. They will seek out crevices in a mattress, so they have easy access to their hosts (you and your pets) as well as somewhere that is warm and hidden. You may also find fleas hiding in carpeting and other furniture.

Some pest control treatments, such as spraying insecticides or bug bombs, can cause severe health problems for your household members if you are improperly exposed to them. That's why putting away pet toys, dishes, bedding, children's toys and items is essential. Pest technicians are trained to reduce risk, but it's best to take caution by avoiding the risk of items being accidentally sprayed. Discuss any concerns you may have with your pest control specialist.

Seeing a rat or two isn’t uncommon, especially in mild climates. That doesn’t mean they are actively a danger to your home.
