She takes alot of stress off me and I appreciate it

She was asked to perform a deep clean on our property to get ready for showings and for future regularly scheduled cleanings until the house was sold. Unfortunately, the service did not live up to expectations. There were many things that were missed/skipped over, like cleaning the inside window glass/sills, completely skipping our laundry room, missing several baseboards, missing cleaning of all cabinet doors, did not move items to dust under them, etc. When she finished, she said she would come back and get anything she may have missed, but when I mentioned to her the things that still needed to be done I started getting the run around about how she did not have time or that her employee did not show up to work. I have still not heard back from her about if/when she plans to finish. Nonetheless, this is a business I would not recommend. Hopefully, this helps others not make the same mistake we made.
