"The user disputes a $785 charge from Anthony Plumbing Heating and Cooling, including $400 for 1.1 pounds of Freon that was unnecessary. Anthony claimed separate Freon charges for two system ports, but the user’s Senville Minisplit system only requires one charge. After refusing additional diagnostic fees, the technicians left the system non-functional. A second company, AB May, confirmed the system was empty of Freon despite the prior payment. The user found and repaired a leak on port A, which Anthony never checked, and Senville confirmed the system had enough factory Freon for the installed line length. "Dishonest.. companies like this is who you want to stay away from. Don’t use them. Tech came and tried to charge me 965 dollars for minor toilet leak. To buy the part which is a gasket and some screws it would cost me 965. If I were to replace the entire toilet it would cost me 1500.00! The kohler genuine part cost is 7.00 on Amazon and Home Depot. So even if they had 100% markup on the it should have cost 14-15 dollars for the part. That means they wanted to charge 950+ dollars in labor. Lowe’s sells a brand new kohler toilet for 199.99 and will professionally install it for 250.00! This company is dishonest. Don’t use them."

"The lifting and crack sealing of my driveway and front walkway/porch was fantastic. The driveway sank a little bit a couple of months after application and they came back to lift it free of charge. However, if you need concrete flatwork done, I would suggest going elsewhere. We had two corners that needed poured because they were too damaged to lift. They had to come out to repour three times in one year, and the concrete is already starting to crack again."

Pretty slick snowjob, they quoted us 3 days but took 5. They dumped all the concrete they removed in the backyard without asking and left an enormous hole in the front of the house where the fireplace is. When I (5'1" femme) asked to speak to a supervisor about the delay and dumping, they sent a good old boy (300 pds, 6'2") to scream at me in my living room. No supervisor was present to verify the work and I was not permitted to watch them. They pressured me to sign the inspection form, without me inspecting anything. They are a SCAMMMM! I would only recommend Olshan as revenge."
