He replaced the sub floor under the toilet and this major pipe. LJ took the time to show me the bad pipe and floor before he replaced them explaining how much of the pipe he was removing, and how he was going to place the sub floor into the floor joist. Once the occluded piece was removed, Kyle showed me the ends of the pipe after it was removed and why just trying to shift the caked in debris wouldn't work in this case. I appreciated him showing me (including some photos, as I have a crawl space) along with explaining so I had a better understanding. He was considerate in explanations of the work, wearing a mask, punctuality and in cleaning up after."
