"Called Mr. Frazer on a Saturday and left a message of what I needed done.  Talked to my wife and we decided we needed something different done when I left orginal message.  Called him back to leave another voice mail but he answered the phone and said he could come down now and give estimate in which he did, I agreed to price and he said he would be here Tuesday.
Crew showed up, took out the one tree and then went on trimming other tree. 
Did an EXCELLENT job, in fact trimmed the tree a lot better then I expected.  
Cleaned it all up. 
Will use the service again, and highly recommend to anyone that needs tree work done.

If there's any problem with my selected contractor, Ritzco Tree Care will get the job in spite of the price. All local tree services' prices were in the same ball park, about half of Ritzco. That might just be Waynesville contractors trying to keep Rolla contractors away. Ritzco's price was very close to what I expected for a licensed, insured, certified trees service employing at least one arborist. If that proves to not be true, as mentioned, I'll cancel the local contract and move to Ritzco."

"The service done involved shrubbery and ornamental tree trimming and a clean up of landscaping gone amuck. I did not have any deadline nor did I know exactly what I needed, but I needed help to get some order back to our landscaping. Greg was courteous and knowledgeable explaining not only what he could do but what the various plants/shrubbery/trees needed. He had some nasty weather to work through and the job was finished just before company and Thanksgiving. The work he did made a very noticeable improvement with the landscaping.
