Dale and his crew laid new flooring throughout my kitchen, dining room and main hall. He also, replaced and repaired drywall after we demoed our kitchen down to the studs. He is a great communicator and very knowledgeable. My floor looks great!!

Dale, the owner of River View Construction n crew, constructed a 3 car detached garage at my property. He is a good communicator, clearly a very experienced contractor, a great coordinator n has a talented crew. In spite of this summers intense heat, Dale and his crew prepared the site for the; footers, foundation walls, slab, apron n sidewalk, and, finished all the concrete work. RV Construction also; framed, roofed n sided the structure. And, installed; windows, garage n a pedistrian doors. A shed roof was also added to protect the pedistrian door. Grading was also provided to finish the grade n slope of the yard. The project was completed within budget and schedule. I recommend this firm n general contractor for other construction projects. And, will rehire RV Construction for other projects.

Experienced contractor, knowledgeable & friendly, and they got finished ahead of schedule. I'd gladly do business again if the need arises. Thank you!

Great work and great customer service! The price was very fair and economical too. I felt the entire time that I was being treated honestly. Dale also was a great communicator to hear what I was wanting, and also to suggest options that I might not have known about. All of his suggestions were always intended for a great final product that all of us would be happy with.. I learned about Daleâ s quality work for another personâ s large retaining wall project that was impressive and beautiful. My project was smallâ ¦but still turned out beautiful too. Also involved were removal of 4 huge tree stumps. That work was also done skillfully and the holes filled and ground surface properly cleaned. Dale does a lot of other types of work, and we would be very glad to select Dale for any service he provides. I highly recommend!

Dale was best communicating contractor ever hired. Showed up when he said he would, kept me posted leading up prior to work so I wasnâ t sitting around wondering where he would be. Fellow vet - would hire again and encourage others to do the same

Finished with first project, amazing work. He will give several options and will discuss the pros and cons of each to allow you to make the right decision for you. Having him do several more projects, will follow up later.

I wish I could give 10 stars to Dale at Riverview Construction in every category â ¦ Dale is a rare find- a contractor who does what he says heâ s going to do, is meticulous about doing the job correctly and efficiently, and is very conscientious about communicating when he will be on site and what work he plans to complete for a given day or week. Weather issues not withstanding, I really appreciate the daily texts to check on how much rain impacted conditions that might prevent work. Finally Dale just has really great ideas about how to improve the final outcome of a project. I had a vision which Dale not only achieved in an impressive way but he improved the approach and also fixed a few issues left by my builder without dramatically increasing the cost. The value I received for the work accomplished is huge ! Iâ m already planning to bring Dale back next year ! Thank you !

Hired this gentleman for three things. He mostly completed one thing even though he told me he could get everything I ask him to do, done in two days. Now I am going to have to hire someone else to finish the job.
