"Our upstairs AC unit stopped working in August 2017. Through Facebook, Josh Goldkamp was recommended, and within minutes he replied giving us his personal cell number! (314) 488-5330 Keep in mind, this was on a weekend... Josh had a technician to our home the next morning, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it a few days later once the part arrived. The reason we waited a few days is to allow Josh and his team time to get the part on warranty. They did all of the investigative work into the warranty and class action lawsuit against Lennox for free!
