I suspect that I twice received a "robo-call" from these people  when I'm on a no call list. They identified themselves by this company's name trying to sell air duct cleaning. Each time they hung up on me when I told them this and tried to get more info to report them. Then I found this article from the BBB. Again I suspect that it pertains to this company.

They called me on Monday to tell me about a special for $59 for air duct cleaning.  They emailed me the information and they came on Tuesday.  One of the  young men who were here was very rude and combative towards me after he cut a hole in my venting system without my permission.  He threatened me  and kept walking towards me telling me to calm down when in fact he was the one that was making a big fuss.  He told me that the service that they were doing was useless without his doing this additional “area” which would cost me an additional $200 plus .  That was never mentioned in our conversation or before he started doing the job.  I told him to not do anything else and leave.  They started to pick up their equipment.  I started to call the company and the man followed me and quickly called the office and said this lady is crazy and what should I do.  He questioned that no one else has said anything.  I didn't want to get into a shouting match with him and just wanted him out of our house.  I felt that he was casing our house.  They finally left and I should have called the police.  I called the company this morning and the person I talked to refused to give me any information on the comapny.  I just wanted other members in the Maryland Heights area to know about this company and that it doesn't happen to them.
