"I cannot thank Spencer enough! He was very patient with me, as I have been suffering terribly. I knew I had toxic mold in my apartment. Spencer did lot's of test. He spent 2.5 hours working, testing air, taking samples and answering my questions. He listened to me. He was so compassionate about what I have been going through for the past couple years. I was asking allot of questions and he was not rushing me, to just get in and get out. I really needed to understand and clarify lot's of things. Spencer was that clarity I have been looking for. "We bought a house last February Dash the previous owners had really neglected it and there was quite a bit of mold in the basement. This company came to our house, tested all over the basement, then came back and did a thorough treatment on every wall, even going so far as to cut out pieces of drywall that had enough mold that the treatment could not find it. Then they did a follow up months later at no charge. Everything was very thorough, they even came out one time to treat an area that they had missed before without charging us. They are very honest and do excellent work, and our basement Feels and smells a lot better! And we rest easier knowing our house is much safer without the mold."
