Our insurance provider was dragging their feet for months and declining us a new roof when Brian from Coldstream was confident that our entire roof needed to be replaced. He worked with us in gathering the necessary pictures/information to have our insurance company send out another agent to take a look at everything. Their second agent agreed that we indeed did need a new roof, and updated our claim. Without Brian and Colstream, we would not have been able to get a new roof from the hail damage in March of 2024 which we definitely needed. Thank you guys again for the consistent support and patience!"

"I called the company regarding a number of items, including water leaks, needed to be repaired. The person answered the phone was courteous and we scheduled someone to come to give me the cost. The appointment had to be rescheduled a couple of times due to the representative was not available. And eventually, another representative was assigned. In meeting with the representative, I discussed and showed her the issues, she said someone will get back to me, as these were not her expertise. After 3 weeks without a follow up from the company, I called again to inquire. Again, the person on the phone was courteous, but she didn’t have the information. She said she will talk to the representative and get back to me. Two weeks later, no follow up or call back."

If you call in, you will probably speak to one of the owners. We take pride in our A plus rating with the BBB. We are not perfect, but if we make a mistake we own up to it and take care of the issue.
"I want to follow up on a review I wrote in February on DEG Contracting. Mark DeGrande made all the changes that were necessary and put up my shutters and they look very nice. Mark was very nice to work with and I would use DEG Contracting again."
