He explained how his products was beneficial to our needs. He had videos of potential problems that other similar products could cause. We previously had gutter guards snapped into our gutters that didn't last. He explained how his product is installed, how it allowed the rain to drain and how it was installed to prevent them from popping off. He also offers a great workmanship and factory warranty. The prices was very affordable. Our installation was done within 2 days. His worker arrived on-time, introduced himself and started working Brian stopped by to check on the installation. "I had Gutter Helmet installed when I bought this house is 2006. Had roof replaced, hail damage, in 2023, Never had gutter problems so went back to Gutter Helmet. Price has increased, is expensive, but is totally worth the cost. Never expect to have any problems in future. Great Product!!"

"I started by reaching out to a number of local roofing companies. In particular to a prior company I had used before Because of good experiences. Ultimately, I found out that the sales team at H&M was absolutely phenomenal. The communication was great. They worked with me to help me understand exactly what was going to happen. They helped me with my particular budget for the customizations that my roof needed (Including new flashing, and a new vent or two, and installing a solar roof vent). That being said, Jill did an absolutely phenomenal job. She was responsive, took her time and listened to my concerns and feedback. Ultimately, my roof looks great, the leak I was having from the flashing is gone, I now have solar power For my attic vent. Iâ m very happy with the way this turned out. Probably the biggest issue that I experienced was that I found that there was a language barrier between the labor force, and the sales side/operational side. My wife and I were under the impression that our carport roof would match the main roof In terms of color (black). Ultimately, A white roof was placed on the carport. Additionally, We had some wood rot that we wanted to have repaired, and we communicated that initially. Unfortunately, when the job was complete the areas in which there was wood rot had not been replaced, and the labor team had to come back out to fix much of it. When the project was done, we had a ton of leftover wood that I had painted to be hung up, but it ultimately was not part of the labor quote, and therefore they didnâ t touch it. (I made a cornhole set). In summary, The sales team was absolutely phenomenal and I loved working with Jill. But I do think that operation there could be some improvements. The roof looks great and the gutters are now seamless with gutter guard (no more gumballs)."

They clean up after themselves and they remove an electrical wire that serves no use without being asked too. He also put a metal plate to cover a hole that birds was coming through to build nest.
