I was TOTALLY satisfied with the work Greentree did on my house. My contact guy was Mr. Bill Majers. He got up on the roof with the insurance adjustor and indicated all the places where there was hail and wind damage. They worked with my insurance company to get the entire project covered by my insurance. The roofers were fast and very efficient. I have nothing but praise for this company and for Mr. Bill Majers, who went out of his way to ensure everything was completed to my total satisfaction.

It went well with well with the roof even though rain caused some delays.

In the end, I am 98% satisfied. Under the guidance of a GTHS lead person, It seems they hire a third party to do the installation. They did a good job for the most part but not sure the installers did the best work out there. I was not really happy with the siding in the arched section of my windows so they redid it; however, I think it still does not look the best. I asked if I could buy customized arched pieces to put above windows but the Bill from GTHS told me no an that the arched pieces are really for new home construction. I talked to my brother in law and nephew who does construction and siding work outside my area and they said I could do custom made arched section. They also agreed that my final look to the arched section is a normal install but they also agreed they think it looks bad to do that and I should have gotten what I asked for. Also, when you ask for new siding, make sure you get downspouts with that because they tried to pull a fast one and hook my old downspouts to my gutters. GTHS said I did not pay for that. I threw a fit because who would get new gutters and not downspouts. My salesman never told me they were sold separately and he never discussed them with me. It was so pathetic. You really have to be extremely detailed when getting bids to make sure you get everything you want because companies will do their best to short you. Also, I was supposed to have VENTS put on the gables of each side of my house. I was told I do not need them with a ridge vent on the roof and with the venting I have in the soffit area of the house. So why did GTHS charge me for the vents that I did not need and they took them with them when they cleaned up the house. They should have taken those off my bill but they didnt. That seemed a little shady is all.

This was an easy process. Rob accessed the damage after the storm and worked with our insurance agent to get the process started. The work was completed in a time manner with no issues. I'd hire this company again.

All work was done in a professional and quality manner. We were happy with everything from the original discussions of scope and materials, through the work itself, to the end. Every worker put in a hard day's work and the quality of the fit was great. I checked the work every day and cannot think of a single time that I had to point out an issue. Also, the price was well within reason.

One of the best companies I have had the pleasure of hiring. Jeff Stevens cam out and explained the damage. He worked closely with my insurance company to find all of the issues. Jeff showed me my options and walked me through the entire process. Bill McLeery was the work crew supervisor during the project. He watched and gave directions to the team through the whole process. The team worked very efficiently and their attention to detail was awesome. They did many things like painting the caulk around my garage to match the new color flashing. They spent a long time after the job cleaning up my yard and got every nail. I relied on the great rating on Angie's List and wasn't disappointed. Trust me they are a great business.

It went amazingly smooth. I highly recommend this GTHS. The entire process was easy to understand and the work was completed in a very timely manner. Everyone we were in contact with was great to work with, starting with Rob, our salesman, who handled everything, including the insurance questions we had. Our house looks fantastic!

Dale Eldridge came to the house while the insurance adjuster was here which made us comfortable to have eyes on the roof. He handled all arrangements. The roofers were very polite and friendly. They worked long hours, did an excellent job and left absolutely no mess behind. The installers for the gutter were just as good.

It went great. They had a lower bid. They were quick and I had no problems with them.

They were excellent and an extremely hard working team. They took their time in getting the job done right. Even though it was very cold, they continued to work hard to complete the job. Thanks guys!

First contact with GTHS went very well. GTHS worked with our insurance company on the initial appraisal. Both GTHS and our insurance company went back and forth trying to get everything hashed out for the project to commence. GTHS was very good about keeping us apprised about the situation. When work was finally started, the weather did not cooperate, so it took a few extra days than anticipated. We weren’t too happy that the majority of their crews did not speak English, so that made communication a bit of a problem. It seemed that their Foreman was stretched a bit much, as he was in charge of several job sites at once. This created a little bit of a problem when we had questions and it took a few days to get answers. All employees were very personable and friendly. We had zero issues with the crews, just a language barrier. Overall we liked the company, it’s sales personnel, and workers. We will use this company again for our next remodeling/repair project.

Green Tree Home Solutions replaced my roof and the siding on the north side of my house after storm damage. They did a great job. The person I worked with did a great job explaining things to me and even helped me with understanding the insurance. The guys that did the work were courteous and hard-working. I would definitely hire GTHS solutions again or recommend them to anyone!

Green Tree Home Solutions worked with us from start to finish on insurance claim, settlement advice, roof removal and replacement and clean up. We were impressed that GTHS helped us with the insurance claim, insurance inspection, and insurance submittal. This took a lot of worry off our minds! GTHS provided continual communication as we waited out bad weather and let us always know the next step. Was extremely impressed that the work on both main house and garage was completed in only one day (approximately 25 & 8 squares). Clean up was complete.

It went great. Most of the work was done while I was at work with no interruption to my daily routine.

This was the very first time I had a claim with my insurance company for damages to my home due to weather. The Representative from day one was very patient and professional with me. He came in for the initial meeting and told me all about GTHS. He explain in layman terms the entire process of getting the work done. Once I decided to go with this company everything worked well. The workers kept area clean and was very professional while working on the house. There had been a lot of damage in the area I live due to storms but even as busy as the company was they kept me appraised of when they would get to me . I am very appreciative to GTHS for not taking advantage of a person who was new to this entire process and would use them again if needed for other improvements in the future. PAM J

I don't know that I'll ever consider anyone else for any of my home's needs, whether it's major or minor work. Trustworthy and knowledgeable, Dale delivers on his word, doesn't try to "sell," but rather educates, and I know he's always there if something else comes up down the road.My insurance company was being a real pain but he worked with me to get what we could for the project(roof repair) and ate some cost anyway when the insurance wouldn't payout what they should.Highly recommended!

The work was done to my satisfaction. Employee Bob Schnietz kept me abreast of the project and helped coordinate everything with the insurance company, which initially did not want to pay anything on a storm claim. He walked me through numerous updates and was very patient with all the questions we asked. We are tremendously impressed with this company's professionalism and attention to detail.

On the strong recommendation of a neighbor, I contacted GTHS after the hail storm of Feb 2017. Rob Weimers was the contractor who came out and did the initial inspection. He was very thorough and importantly he was extremely effective in showing the insurance adjustor the damage and all of the cost of the roof, and gutters and downspouts, and other damages were completely covered. The roof was put up in late summer by a large team of roofers and they did an excellent job. My roof is very steep and has a complex geometry and the fit and finish of the work is excellent. They completed the roof in a few days and completed the gutter and down spout work one week later. Throughout the process I was able to reach Rob Weimers through his personal cell phone and he either answered or quickly returned my calls later in the same day. He was always familiar with the details of the project and pleasantly accommodated my concerns and also my request for some non- storm damage work ( new shutters, trim work), upgrading the shingles to Owens Corning Duration Storm shingles and the installation of gutter screens at a reasonable added cost to me. He was always easy going and polite.

Submitted a request for a bid on this job to Angie's List on a Friday night. Mr. Jeff Stevens of GTHS showed up the next morning. We discussed the repair and he fixed it on the spot. Was very happy to have it completed. Mr. Stevens was polite, professional and fair. He was responsive and focused on customer service. Would definitely hire him again.

Great!! Super to work with and excellent coordination with our insurance company as roofing and siding resulted from hail damage. Communication critical due to disputes over claim and original adjuster. Insurance company worked well with contractor to address the issues.
