He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed. I have been installing for fifteen years now there is no floor I dont know how or have mastered how to install. I carry vinyl plank and carpet in stock at all times. I opened this company to help people upgrade there homes and get new floors because I know not everyone can afford it so with me being the scheduler bidder salesman and installer there are no middlemen there is no overhead. Therefor I can keep my rates lower than most. My biggest mission is to build customers and gain them for life not just make money. Customer service is everything cause if your happy Im happy.

It was such a relief to hand over the rebuilding work to them.  My initial contact was Jeff, who did a great job first of providing explanations of the process and then of coordinating the project, following up, trouble-shooting, and supporting me when I had questions or concerns.  Scott and Giovanni were a terrific work team--hard-working, good-humored, and trustworthy.  Special praise to Scott, who did such a beautiful job on the 2nd floor bathroom--including installing a new tile floor and rebuilding most of the drywall--that it now feels positively spa-like in there.  He is an amazing craftsman.  I really appreciated everyone at Premier Restoration who helped me out during a difficult time and on a complicated project like this one.

"Thomas came over and assessed our bathroom which also leads into the laundry room. He did discover a little bit of mold around the drain of that bathroom, so he disinfected that area before he could lay down the grout and tile. In total, it took him about 2 days to complete the whole area. The tile looks better than I ever imagined. Would I hire him again for any future projects? Heck yes!!"

"Discouraged in my search for someone to remodel my bathroom, I stopped by the Re-bath facility in Fenton to ask questions. Angie met me at the door and was very pleasant while she explained the process and the product - no high pressure at all. Impressed by what I saw and heard, I scheduled an appointment for an in-home estimate. Linda was my design consultant. She showed up on time and brought all of her samples with her. We had a great time picking out my products (shower/bath, vanity, countertop, flooring, hardware). Linda had fantastic ideas for my space, and measured accurately. A few days later my product was ordered and approximately 4 to 6 weeks later Angie called with an install date. Brendan was my installer. He showed up on time, was very friendly, organized, detailed and neat. He completed the project in 2 1/2 days. He explained the process as he went and made sure I understood how to properly care for my product. He also communicated very well the timeframe of the process as he proceeded. The finished product exceeded my expectations and as a result, I scheduled an appointment with Linda for my second bathroom remodel. Linda did a great job of coordinating the two bathrooms. We selected the same products, but with a variation of colors. Again, Brendan was my installer and did an amazing job. And mind you he had to carry my product up three flights of stairs! If you are considering a bathroom remodel, I encourage you to consider Re-bath. They are professionals that are comparably priced and offer long-term warranties."

"We bought a house recently. The inspection report called for installation of an expansion tank and lengthened drip leg on the HW heater. Jamison Plumbing had installed the new HW tank several months before for the original home owner. Jason called the City of Liberty to determine the exact code requirements. He called back and agreed to the additional work at no charge. He was able to make the changes in a timely manner. His crew called to say they would be later than planned because of an unexpected delay at the preceding job site. We appreciated his willingness to finish the installation according to code and to cover the additional materials and time. It was a great way to be welcomed into a new community.

"Everything went really well considering we were not planning to replace flooring in the kitchen or installing a new sliding glass door. Our initial intent was to replace/fix the grout in the kitchen that was cracking and coming up. However upon further review it was discovered that the tile had not been appropriately laid initially. When removing the tile from the kitchen we found that our sliding glass door had been leaking and there was damage to our floor and the door needed to be replaced. Very happy with the results overall.
