Everything and anything interior woodwork, from spiral to straight staircases and balconies. 20+ years of new-house trim carpentry experience with years of remodel experience as well. "My old tool storage shed was on it's last legs with old termite damage and years of neglect. Bunyar Construction came in and replaced all of the damaged wood, straightened the crooked framing and installed a new metal skin in place of the old rotten siding. My old shed is now as good as new ... probably better with the way the new ones are now built... and ready for another few decades of service at literally 1/3 the cost of replacing it outright. Thanks so much to Zech and his crew for their excellent hard work. "

"We met with Justin and I was very impressed with his professionalism. He said he had done several projects exactly like ours and it seemed easy and we should be able to complete in 8-10 weeks. I have never dealt with a contractor before, but I still knew I should double that estimated time and that was still ok at the time. We met in May of 2023. The project went well for a while. We started in May 2023 and the big stuff got finished in a decent amount of time, but not within the proposed time. Finally, 5 months in to the project, Justin apparently decided he was over it. All communication stopped. There was quite a bit still to do, but I guess he was over it, so we moved on and decided to finish ourselves. I never had a problem as long as there was communication, but Justin is awful at letting people know what is going on with there project. At least he was with mine. He promised things that never happened and never let us know why. I came away with a mostly remodeled basement and some work to do to finish myself, but mostly I am disappointed that Justin/ Legacy could not just do what they said they would or at least tell us why."
