Our 30 year old house looks brand new! Sam and crew were great to work with and handled our massive amounts of rot with great talent and professionalism! There were many weather obstacles but they were careful to paint when weather conditions were good. Great attention to detail! The cost was a deal considering the rot on the chimney and over probably 1/3 of the house. They will work hard and won’t be done until you are satisfied with everything.

Crew was very kind and professional. Always communicated anything they were doing or if anything else was needed. I had asked for a few additional things to be completed we hadn’t previously spoken about and they had no problem completing the additional work. They also do interior painting and we will definitely be giving them a call again.

From quote to finished product it was a pleasure to work with Sam King and his crew. Extremely professional, polite, neat, efficient and ethical. Sam allows you to buy paint at his discounted price yourself and was extremely trustworthy throughout the process. He and his crew made the whole process simple and enjoyable and the quality of their work was spot on. He communicated very timely with me and answered all questions very fast. They paid attention to every little detail and addressed any concerns I had, which were very, very minor and I am picky. I would highly recommend Good Neighbor Services, LLC (be sure it is the LLC company as there is a different company that has the same name w/o the LLC). You can't go wrong with this company!

My windows (small-pane) all needed glazing, and the trim on my brick home sorely needed scraped & painted, plus a gazebo. This also meant many window sills being replaced, plus hand rails on the gazebo ramp. I have never seen more conscientious, thorough, & painstaking workers than Sam King & his workers. It was a joy watching them bring my home literally back to life! The cost was well within my budget, & worth every dollar! I couldn't possibly be happier with the whole job!

Was here everyday the weather cooperated, showed up on time. Very professional and courteous. Initial paint purchase estimate was excellent, only purchased more due to second coat on trim, as such, didn't have an excess amount of left over paint. Did some siding replacement work that was needed instead of just filling hole. Also, their work in guaranteed. Couldn't ask for a better bunch of guys. Price below does not include paint.

Extremely well. He was one of the neatest painters I have ever used. He was so kind and pleasant working around my 93 year year old mother who was present for all five days. His work ethics were awesome. He used TSP to wash down all the woodwork before painting and was always on time and cleaned up the work area each evening. These walls had not been painted for 20 years and his pricing was what I believed to be very affordable. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. In fact l will be using him again in the near future. Very professional and also very respectful and just pleasant to have around.1500

We had previously hired Sam in 2017 to paint the master bedroom after he had returned our call quickly, was pleasant and professional, and gave us the lowest bid (by far). He completed the job in one day and the work was excellent. When it came time to paint the house in 2018 we went with him again after he gave us an offer we couldn't refuse. The project took longer than expected but at no fault of his (repeated rains). He also agreed to do some minor repair work on our front steps and the exterior paint job was perfect. We would use Good Neighbor Services again without hesitation.

Extremely well. Sam was outstanding in keeping us informed during the entire process. He timely communicated regarding a weather delay of one day due to rain and let us know what time to expect the workers. They were able to get more areas painted then they thought they could. Because of this, a few areas were not as precise as I would've preferred, but honestly I guess I'm happy that everything got painted. Even my time was up, they insisted on coming out and fixing all areas that weren't to my satisfaction. Definitely a company I would recommend and use again!
