"One Friday I called 4 other carpet cleaning companies. They all were booked far out or they weren't local. I loved the fact that Mr. Steam was local! I spoke directly to the owner & scheduled my appointment for the following Tuesday. They cleaned a complete couch set, rug & the carpets. I also needed pet stain removal & deoderizing. We are staging the home to rent to traveling medical staff so we wanted it to be perfect & it was! Everything looked brand new! They arrived on time, I ran errands while they were there & it was a 3 hour process from start to finish. The quote was the same price at the end of the job which is what I was hoping for! On the day of the cleaning, the company was called to an emergency restoration. The owner called us to inform us that they would be about 30 minutes late. They showed up as they said and worked diligently to get the job done. Our vent covers were dirty so they took them all off and washed them. (Above and beyond) They were friendly, honest, fair and professional. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone and plan to use them in the future myself."
