ACE AUTO

Not well, within a week it was acting up again.  Appears to be the transmission again. She took it in and they had it for a week but still could not find the problem.  They said it was not the transmission but couldn't find the problem.  They said first it was a short in the wiring but when they went to fix it it was not.  They supposedly  checked other things but found nothing.  She picked it up.  



  It has been a long expensive  experience for her (a young worman working her way through college by waiting tables).  All in all they had her car in two or three times and it is still not running shifting as it should.   Lots of money and time for her...plus having to borrow a car while hers was in the shop so she could get to classes and work.   Communications lacked professionalism causing her much stress.   She has good knowledge of the mechanics of a car, probably more than a lot of  men do but they treated her like she knew nothing.  They diagnosed problems and did the work without consulting with her first.  After all this she is still having the same problem she had when she took it in.
