"We had an in-ground pool place in our yard and needed the pool to be backfilled. We received a bid with a different company at first but the communication wasn’t the best. Bill came along and I can honestly say prior to starting a job he’s good with communicating. He sub contracted another guy who actually did the work. Once the sub contractor back filled the pool the extra dirt that should have been hauled was placed behind the pool causing a “slope” which made it difficult to install my fence. Once I brought this issue up to Bill he stated hauling was not apart of the contract and he placed dirt there to prevent soil erosion (an issue created by him). He mentioned he could have it corrected but it would cost an additional 1500 and that’s with cutting his cost. I had many landscapers view the work after and they stated this could have been avoided if the work was done correctly the first time. I’m a first time home buyer and felt he took advantage of the situation."
