"To be truthful i was very skeptical hiring anyone to put on a new deck because of all the horror stories you hear of contractors taking your deposit and never returning to finish the job. BUTâ ¦ meeting with Jacob Quick made it all very easy. I met with Jacob many times because of my apprehension and having issues with making decisions. After signing a contract, Jacob kept in contact with me on starting date, permit issues, when materials would be delivered, and if there was inclement weather conditions that they could not work that day. From the start of teardown to the finished project, they were there every day at 7:30, making sure that time was ok with me. They had a crew of 4-5 people working all day. When an issue came up, they were up front and we discussed it. I felt very relieved that all the guys were very knowledgeable and experienced. I am picky when it comes to details and the entire crew were all very concerned about the littlest details. Brian was also great at answering my questions as the deck was being built. They wanted me to be highly satisfied and i surely was. Not only did they do an outstanding job building the sturdiest deck around but when they left my house, you couldn't even tell they were thereâ ¦ my yard was clean. Soâ ¦ yes i would hire them again. They made the entire experience easy peasy for me. Also kudos to the other guys on the team who also worked their butts off in the 100 degree weather. "I had multiple jobs that I needed to have done. Some of the work included painting a stained ceiling, fixing two doors that had been removed by a different contractor and reinstalled poorly which were on the verge of breaking because they had to be forced open and closed, fixing and reinstalling a broken kitchen drawer, and the removal of a garage entry door with frame that had rotted and replacement with a brand new door and frame including purchasing a matching color paint and then painting the new door. Patrick came to the house to look at the jobs, submitted an estimate which I thought was very fair for all of the work to be done and because he shopped all of the supplies needed for the jobs (paint, outside door, etc.). We agreed on two dates to split the jobs over two different days. Each time, Patrick arrived on time and went straight to work. Patrick is honest, what he does he does well. If something is not in his expertise, he will let you know. Already plan to hire again! "

Jeh Johnson and his partner Tracy Herod have worked diligently to execute the itemized proposal that began this project to rehab, restore, and rebuild my home at 607 Wilmington ave.
