They installed my boiler heater furnace in 2006 and my air conditioning unit in 2009, and I have used them ever since for the maintenance and service on both. If there is any sort of emergency they will arrange to get a technician to your house the same day if at all possible. The knowledge and expertise of the service technicians is top of the line, and the technicians are always willing to fully explain the work that they are doing in terms that I can understand. "The job was promised by the very attentive owner Doug Kropp in 1-2 weeks. He had a crew leader Paul who kept everyone on track and on time. Even though labor day holiday fell in the 2 week period, he had a worker here. All the work was custom and looks as if it was part of the existing now 19 year old home. "Title: Extremely Disappointed with Hallmark Stone's Countertop Installation Service ⭐️ Rating: 1/5 I recently had a countertop installation done by Hallmark Stone, and unfortunately, the entire experience was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, it was evident that customer satisfaction was not their priority. First and foremost, the installation crew left an appalling mess behind. Chunks of the old countertop, dust, and debris were scattered all over my cabinets, creating a huge inconvenience and a considerable cleanup task for me. To make matters worse, they took crucial components required to hook back up our plumbing with them and never returned our calls when we inquired about it. We even sought assistance from Home Depot, but they too failed to elicit a response from Hallmark Stone for three long days. Dealing with them prior to the installation was no better. Their communication was incredibly terse, and they seemed disinterested in addressing our concerns or questions. The lack of customer focus was evident, leaving us feeling ignored and undervalued. The most alarming part of this entire ordeal was discovering dangerous tools left in our cabinets. Among them was a cutter similar to a razor blade. What if a child had found it before we did? This level of negligence is unacceptable and puts people's safety at risk and on top of that I still have no working plumbing. I highly advise potential customers to think twice before considering Hallmark Stone for any service. They have shown a complete lack of professionalism, safety awareness, and basic customer care. I would strongly suggest exploring other options for your countertop needs to avoid the frustration and potential hazards we encountered."
