They showed up on time even 15 minutes before their arrival time was supposed to be. and when introducing their selfs they held theirselves to a high standard of saying that they're cleaning business is the best around. Every inch of my home when their service was done was spotless and clean I never once had to make them redo anything. And most of all the respect that they give you of not being judgmental of how other people's homes look. And the prices are very reasonable and they are more than willing to work with you if you are unable to do a certain price. "Rather than fix the issue the first 2 calls, more refrigerant was pumped into the system. This cost me $75 for each call plus the cost of the refrigerant. The 3rd time, they fixed a valve and refilled the refrigerant and I am monitoring to see if this really fixed the problem. So I am out $225 for service calls fro the same problem and the cost of the refrigerant. I think they take this approach intentionally."

He fixed a water leak in our pool machinery, he would run to his truck and back when necessary and completed the job efficiently. He was also very kind and honest and friendly with excellent customer service as he performed excellent service as well. He also gave us some very helpful advice to help us know what equipment upgrade (pool vacuuming machine) we should consider for next summer to help keep our pool clean.
