"Well....where do I begin. For starters, we had agreed on a start date (which coincided with my vacation from work) but the day before that began I called to confirm. They did not have the courtesy to tell me they were behind and wouldn't be able to start when we had agreed (which had been almost 2 months prior). Demo went well, floors went in, electric was done and had to be redone to add outlets that were agreed upon with the original plans, then the cabinets were installed. I felt sorry for the guy that installed them. He was here all alone to install. He had to go down the street to ask a neighbor guy that was outside to help him bring in the one corner cabinet. He did a great job though but it probably would have been a lot easier and quicker if there were 2 installers. Then, when he was here installing the cabinets, he brought up question as to why they didn't extend the tile floor so that it was completely under all the cabinets instead of ending where they did (we extended the counters about a foot). Now all I can see is that the tile is short and it doesn't look right. No one had even made that suggestion when they did the design. I also think that I paid twice for some things (like I bought my own flooring tiles and countertops and I know that was in the original estimate.) There was a lot of miscommunication or lack of any communication unless I called or emailed them first. Once everything was FINALLY finished, it looked good but am finding things wrong after using the kitchen for the last few months."

While remodeling our laundry he noticed that the pipes to the washer and dryer required repair. He made sure that we were aware of those types of issues and even replaced them. My husband was most impressed with the fact that Casey and his crew noticed a need for an external electrical outlet when remodeling our kitchen and one day we came home to find the outlet in place and ready to be used. We have one remodel project left in our house -the dreaded bathroom. We will be using Harris Renovations to complete the final project, knowing that we are in good hands. Once the house is finally complete we plan on using Harris Renovations to remodel the office of our family business."

"Albert came from Grove to resurface my bathtub which was looking very dingy and ugly. It was to the point it was very hard to keep clean. Albert was very professional and friendly. He worked very efficiently and made sure that everything was sanded smooth to create the best look to my tub. I now have a tub and surrounding walls that look brand new. It is sparkling white and it really makes the bathroom pop! Albert was very prompt in getting to my house to start the job. The tub is absolutely gorgeous and I would hire this company again if I ever have a need for the type of work that they provide. I initially hired another company before I decided to cancel and hire this company as they told me everything that they would be using, explained the time frame and the type of chemicals that they would be using which were more impressive than what the other company I hired had to offer for more money.
