Ron Rhodes is professional, personable, knowledgeable and dependable. He was able to come do the work within two days of our contacting him. He set straight to work - using ecological products (something that is very important to us) and wasted no time. He gave us good information for at-home maintenance of the pool and now the pool is clear and clean. Ron has been servicing this pool since we came to Springfield over 3 years ago and we have never had any problems with either the pool or with Ron. I highly recommend him.

"Sierra Pool & Spa Repair strives to provide satisfaction to every client. This particular pool we got called out on was in very bad shape and had needed a lot of extra chemicals. We had explained to the customer that it was going to possibly take multiple chemical treatments and clean up. We did offer the customer a discount on additional treatments if needed. It is unfortunate that they were not pleased with the service. Sierra Pool & Spa Repair has and always will try to work with the customer. Customer service is something we take seriously and always providing honest, professional service with integrity."
