"Dean was very responsive from the get go. He was on time for his initial appointment and then sent me an estimate when promised. As he began taking down my old tile, he saw that my shower basin was a bit old and would be difficult to clean and prep for the new tile. After coming home and seeing it myself, I agreed. Dean recommended a plumber to come out and measure for a new shower basin. He took care of it without my having to do anything on my end and the plumber was reasonably priced, so I had a new basin installed. After that, Dean continued with the tiling. It looks fabulous. Good attention to detail. I would recommend Dean for tile work!"

He also was very helpful in wiping up some water/mildew area's after sealing the pipe. I have to say that FRS customer service is stellar, and I would recommend them to anybody. They are not cheap, but sometimes quality costs. And it is especially good to know how they treat previous customers like me. Because that is what makes "return customers"!
