Coughlin Development

We recently had drive way damage from a cable installer. We used Coughlin Development Concrete and Excavation. 618-781-1102. We have nothing but the highest praises for them. There bid was remarkable. They let us add on a few things. They were quick and efficient. The driveway looks incredible. 5 Stars all around. They originally said the end of sept. but with a cancellation started 9/4. Thanks and Best Wishes to your team Jim.

I can't give Jim Coughlin and his crew enough accolades! The only way to describe the work that was done for us is MASTERPIECE! They tore out our old driveway, sidewalks, and patios and repoured everything new for us. The time and attention to detail was incredible. They started the project and were here everyday until it was completed. Prompt, courteous, professional! There are not enough words to describe the amazing experience we have had. Highly recommend - did a great job!!

Jim was great, and there work was above and beyond expectations. There work is top grade perfection. Had 2 other companies give me bids, and his was the best price. Also he knows what he is talking about. I highly recommend.

Jim responded very quickly when I asked for a bid. He is very personable and honest ( a BIG plus!). He kept in contact throughout the whole project, came out on the day he said he would start and finished when he said he was going to. Jim has an amazing crew that he works with, very professional and they cleaned up every day when they left.The result of our new driveway was far more than we ever imagined! I hired Jim to install a concrete floor and street approach for my new construction garage project. The finished work looks terrific. Jim followed the architectural plans provided and even suggested changes based on his years of experience that would enhance the longevity of the concrete. The work was completed on schedule and within budget. Jim satisfactorily addressed all questions or concerns that arose during the process. He is a good communicator and a proven professional. I would likely hire Jim again.

Clean up was GOOD

They were very responsive, professional, and did everything they said they would. Fit me in their schedule quickly, got the job done fast, and were always prompt. I highly recommend.

Outstanding quality and service

I am delighted with Jim Coughlin and his crew. Jim was easy to reach, stayed on site and communicated throughout the project. The work done is top notch professional and I already have another project in mind for Jim & Co. Excellent company, I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

I realize that concrete has gone up, but I recently had a driveway put in at my other house and it was about half in price- I’ll get another quote to see which one is better
