"It did not go well. Owner Steve Kosak should have asked me questions. Like how old was my house? And was it split level or two story, or just one level, cause it makes a huge difference in cost. My faucet upstairs was at mid level and it was higher, meaning higher price. He couldn't find parts, said that calcium was in the screws, and he couldn't remove them so they need to be replaced. When the appointment was scheduled, I feel he could told me these things and been more thorough. After speaking with him I said "I don't no what these panels looks like", I asked him to send me a picture, he replied that he would but never did ."

"I had a tub drain leak beneath a first floor bathroom. The space below is a bathroom with a finished drywall ceiling. I called Eric and he returned my call that evening as his message promised. After describing the problem over the phone he thought he may be able to make the repair through the existing access panel. Upon arriving he explained that he would not be able to make the repair without removing a portion of the ceilnig. This did not surprise me as I thought the access would be too small. After removal of the ceiling (about 13"X17") he removed the drain and found that the style of tub (cast iron) and the joist below would not allow for the installation of a typical modern drain line. He called his supplier and explained that the part needed to be ordered and told me he would be back the next day or the moring of day 3 depending upon when the part arrived. He called me at the end of day two to let me know the part had arrived and told me he would return to install the drain line the next morning. As promised he showed up during the time promised and made the necessary repairs. I also asked him to clean out a drain line while he was here and he did that for me. I'm pleased with the work Eric and his helper Jason performed. They were courteous and keep me informed as to the status of the repair, they showed up when promised and cleaned up after tehmselves. I would use him again."
