My faucet upstairs was at mid level and it was higher, meaning higher price. He couldn't find parts, said that calcium was in the screws, and he couldn't remove them so they need to be replaced. When the appointment was scheduled, I feel he could told me these things and been more thorough. After speaking with him I said "I don't no what these panels looks like", I asked him to send me a picture, he replied that he would but never did ."
