Repair or Service an Oven or Stovetop
You sent a con artist to our house. We have a double oven that needed repair. We ordered and paid for the parts. The top oven had been working but heating unevenly. The bottom would barely heat. The gaskets on both ovens needed replacement. After the repair the bottom oven worked but the top did not. In fact it developed a new problem and would not successfully heat. It had worked and been in use before. We had paid him $500 for the repair and were left with one totally broken oven. He has refused to return to correct the problem. We suspect he tampered with the top oven because he said he needed more money to come back.
