Samuel professionally assembled and installed 2 walk-in, all-wood closet systems. One system was installed off the floor, and the other, free-standing. He did an awesome job. "I called Mr. Rooter because I had called another Plumbing company to come out the night before and they were a no show.  They were extremely friendly over the phone.  I called at approx 8AM and said they'd be able to come out by 11AM.  They called at about 9:30 to say someone was available to come out now and I said that was perfect.  They arrived at 10AM.

Jason was the plumber who arrived and he was very very friendly and professional.  I told him the problem and we discussed pricing up front.  I had a coupon which he said they would definitely honor.  He immediately got to work.  He wore footies over his shoes while in the house.  He worked diligently and answered all of my questions.  After about an hour and being certain the line was clear he cleaned up, we took care of payment which was exactly what was discussed beforehand, and he was on his way.

A very pleasant and hassle free experience.  I will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter for the Franklin County area again for any plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work.

"They were very good. I had two different residencies. So I used one of the Angie's List big deals at each location. They were on time, very prompt and professional. They were very easy to work with. I was very pleased. With regard to price, they were very reasonable. I didn’t feel like I was pressured to buy anything additional that I didn’t need. They told me exactly what was going on. Their responsiveness and punctuality were very good. I love the email system that they have. As soon as I buy a coupon, they send me an email and say let's schedule this. "We had Jones Air & Water come out to install filtration and replace a catalytic core system that we had installed to prevent descaling. In our situation, we had a high volume of Chlorine in the water that you could definitely smell and taste. The catalytic core system, didn't live up to the expectations and we still had to deal with a heavy scale build up noticeable on all of our faucets and with two Rinnai units for on demand hot water that raised concerns about what type of build up we were having on what we couldn't see. Everett came out and was very thorough in testing the water and then explaining a recommended solution. We finally decided on a dual media tank solution that Everett and JD installed that provides us with an efficient way to not only handle the Chlorine issue, but truly conditions the water and we're noticing all of the differences that Everett explained we should see. We are very satisfied with the whole process from the review of what our situation is, the recommended solution, the installation and the end result. We highly recommend using Everett for a water treatment solution."

Brendan was a top notch craftsman, 'BJ' in office stayed in touch as work progressed. there were some problems with ordering product, receiving wrong product, miscommunication in scheduling, which delayed completion of job beyond our expectations. "I hired this pro because he was honest about how difficult it is to deal with cutting tile around faucets in these old houses. He recommended cutting a big portion so the tile could be repaired if it broke but I would need a tile person to come in and fill in the tile. When he heard it was my only bathroom he figured that he could pull the dishwasher in the kitchen and do the installation of faucet and shower head from the back wall without disturbing any of the tile. Even though he was more expensive I appreciated his problem solving and who knows how expensive it would have been to deal with damaged tile that was impossible to match? I am pleased with the results. My only criticism is that it was discovered there had been a mouse infestation behind and beneath the dishwasher and he charged me a large sum to clean that up. I did it because I didn’t want to stop the project but it seemed like $350 was a lot to charge me for that."
