They are BY FAR the most trust worthy and honest business I have had the pleasure of hiring to do my HVAC services. I am not familiar with all the technicians they employ, so I will speak of one in particular that I am familiar with, "Jack" is the person who has always serviced my system. He has also conducted an appraisal for me on replacing my original equipment. Jack is patient, and caring. He wants to provide you with the best service you deserve, and he does so with pride and commitment. As an employee of Henderson Heating and Cooling, Jack carries their reputation of quality work at a best price with loyalty and trust. I'm sure the other technicians are just as competent as Jack, so I would trust any of them.
As for the company, EVERY SINGLE TIME i have had to call their business, I was greeted with the most kind and understanding professional. They are willing to listen to my concerns and offer possible solutions for the purpose of trying to save me money. Again, they are looking out for my best interest and it shows. I have never met these follks, so I don't write this comment with a biased opinion. I write it because it NEEDS to be shared with everyone out there who's looking for HVAC service. Henderson will not try to sell you something you don't need. They don't try to place bandages on your problems. They FIX problems.
So, bottom line: If you want someone to FIX your HAVC problems and do it with complete professionalism and pride, just call them! It's that simple. I close by saying that because I'm a retired Army vet with over 22 years active duty service in special units, I have come to learn how to tell when someone is trying to rip me off. "I had a lot of additional cost. It ended up at $1500. They only cleaned three, for the big deal. And then, I had a thing that they put in to make sure that the air stays clean. They said I had a humidifier on my furnace and they said that it had to come off. And then, they said you can get a much better one and then they kind of disappeared and they didn't talk about it or really sit down and have a conversation with me. I'm not even sure why they had to take it off or what they did."
